The memory of a good pizza is indelible in people's minds and is too often underestimated. The pizza itself may not represent much, for this reason a good seasoning must be added, the company of the right people, a good extra virgin olive oil, the perspective we have of our table in this way is enriched with different shades , our pizza will not simply be red because the brain processes red (tomato puree) the perception of colors is a subjective process in which the brain responds to the stimulations produced. I convince myself that my pizza is not simply how my brain processes it. The use of sea water taken directly on site enriches the dough created on the paper in an illusory way, just as salt enriches our dough of flour and water, making it pleasant on the palate.
